Celebrate a Sweet New Year at Barnsdall Arts Sunday. You’ll start off by sampling apples dipped in honey, the traditional treat served on Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Then the real fun begins! You will create an apple that will hold all your wishes for the new year. We’ll be working in papier-mâché, so be prepared to get messy. If you decide to try this at home, Use this paste recipe. Then follow the instructions below.
