Musical Chair
This is what I got when I combined a broken wooden chair with the view from my back yard where I do most of my work. Of course, there was a lot of papier-mâché, air-dry clay, and paint involved. Not to mention, two coats of resin on the seat. This very one-of-a-kind piece sold at The Museum of the San Fernando Valley, but I have many other compositions floating around in my head.
I’d love to make a whole set of customized musical chairs. Imagine different notes in the style, color and music of your choice. I’ve got a bead on a beautiful set casters. Imagining gliding around the room to your favorite music. Together, we can make a dream come true.
